Solid update, the build is in progress and MIN will be churning out graphite in the next few months. With planned graphite testing by the end of the quarter I assume that they not only expect to have the plant finished but also somewhat optimised by this date.
With the relocation to MIN's facility it seems that they are going to be playing a more hands on role in ensuring that the technology makes it to market. Chris Ellison is well known for his business acumen so it's positive to have him and his team in our corner. We've transitioned from being a start up with potential to a technology owner backed by one of the best innovators in business.
It's worth considering the level of due diligence that they will have completed to date, they with their teams of engineers didn't just throw millions at Hazer because they were bored, they must genuinely believe that this tech has the ability to make them some substantial dough. That they haven't already pitched a low ball takeover offer makes me believe that they are playing the longer term win win game rather than a quick victory.
In terms of royalty rates I'm expecting to see Hazer in the 15-25% of profit range so lets hope that working together the MIN and HZR team can turn out a product with some solid margins
