No I don't think its a tenancy/rental agreement. could it be for a part of the hydrogen ' Sell ' similar to
the agreement we have for the graphite. A pure hydrogen plant developed to commercial scale. In association
with Mineral Resources, Govt both State and Federal and offtakes they could fund a $100mil plus plant.in Kwinana
without a CR . MIN's upcoming big payday would give the thought of a hydrogen plant at Kwinana ...credibility
and if it eventuates the bulk of production would be taken in offtakes.
