Hopefully there is sufficient novel material in the later patent applications to reset the clock on the defensible IP from that of the earliest application in the US dating from 2009.
On that score, I note that there appears to be a transcription error in the Hazer notice of 20/10/2017.
In the date format that has been used for the other dates in the table presented in the notice, the filing date for the original US patent is not 9/9/10 as in the Hazer notice but rather a year earlier on 10/9/9 (ie 10/9/2009).
However, Hazer are saying that that early US patent is of no significance now in any case.
