The price is rightly balanced for upside if TLEA raise or downside if they walk. I think the odds of getting ~60c out of TLEA is better than evens, whether or not that is sufficient to sway 75% of the 80% shares not held by MIN? Then again, 51.5c isn't a very strong vote of confidence from the market in those odds, let alone MIN coming in over the top after. Anyone looked into the Scheme booklet to see the timeline of moves TLEA can make if the first vote goes down?

Hi 2ic, assuming MIN vote No with a 20% stake then TLEA need about 94% of remaining shares to be to vote yes to get a scheme up, not 75% of the remaining 80%.

Thats my calculation Anyways.
