I fail to see what is delusional about suggesting ESS go it alone, CXO did and LTR are, I held Cxo through this period and still hold LTR. Of note is that both of these companies changed CEO/MD during the phase of transitioning from explorer/developer to producer, to a company head with operational and leadership experience.

It is certainly achievable with the right leadership team, and a board spill isn’t the only way for this to happen.

Pioneer dome may not be a large resource but it is certainly worth mining and the shape and depth of the deposit should make for a fairly simple operation.
