    The only thing we can be sure of right now is that the scheme vote (in its current form) will fail.

    Looking forward to what ESS management announce around lunch time or early afternoon tomorrow.

    Hopefully they give some guidance on whether TLEA will review their offer or whether they are pulling out. Apart from that I expect ESS board have no clue about what's going on with MIN.
