I have similar thoughts regarding SP over the path to production and the effects of dilution as I have been through it a few times, I’ve mentioned a few times that I would take an offer of .60 even though I would like more. The value in going into production is having the right entry price and waiting it out over several years.

For what it’s worth, I’d be expecting an MC of somewhere between $500-800m by the time we got to production, translating to an SP somewhere in the region of $1-1.50 after dilution. Probably around H2 2025 at the earliest.

I, like you I expect, have no delusions of grandeur regarding ESS and would be happy enough to take a reasonable offer now before waiting through several rounds of dilution to get the reward in 2-3 years.

I’m sure there are plenty of holders that are happy to wait it out but I’m looking to draw down on some of my holdings in the next FY or the one after, and I’d prefer ESS to be one of the earlier cabs off the rank.
