And it probably doesn't make much sense for them to make a bid until the TLEA gets voted down.
So far, waiting patiently (and voting against the scheme a couple of weeks ago) has proven to be fruitful.
So I am not in a hurry and am not in a panic. I can wait it out to achieve a decent price for my shares in due course.
There is no rush. It's just a shame management backed themselves into a corner and cannot even engage with MIN at present. That may change at some stage though - not that I really want our board too involved in setting the value / price for the asset!!.
