Too much risk for MIN to just sit and wait. From the previous bidding war they had, they were pretty aggressive and not the passive type.
They've got plenty of experience in takeover as well. Their average price into ESS is about 52c a share. No shop no talk doesn't mean MIN cannot put in a proposal.
Worst case scenario, we'll be looking at 50c takeover price. 10% downside and 20%-50% upside from current entry price. Happy to take a punt.
