Unfortunately makes perfect sense. 50c guarantee is no more. No one yet knows what MIN will do and more importantly, when they’ll do it. MIN could sit on this for some time - let the SP drift back down to pre-bid days, then launch their offer well short of 50c. Many investors are clearly anxious of the uncertainty, so presumably they’re bailing for more ‘certain’ opportunities.

Those that opt to remain on the ship are going to hope the gamble on MIN turns out positive.
