    Why do shareholders need resolution on this now...like right now? MIN could do anything....sit tight, bide its time, get into a hostile bidding war with Tianqi, talk to Tianqi or table an alternative to shareholders in time. It'll come, just don't know when & pretty sure it'll be over 50c.
