Agreed.
As per the scheme of arrangement, the "no-shop, no-talk" prohibits them from approaching MIN without incurring this fee.
It would be up to MIN to approach management, but so far all communications have been on-market.
The real kicker here is TLEA. They must know the scheme will get voted down now.
The question is, will they walk, or will they offer us more?
