    Looking like a replay of NWE takeover by MIN. Don't expect cash for your ESS, only MIN shares in lieu of cash. Bad deal? Not really if you have an attention span greater that T+2.
    Australian lithium courtesy of the Chilean nationalisation of all future Li deals has just become more 'valuable'.
