My understanding is that MIN can't buy more than about a million...

    My understanding is that MIN can't buy more than about a million shares as that would put them over 20% and they need to make a bid (prior to buying any more) if they wish to accumulate more than 20%.

    Hence most of the buying today is NOT MIN.

    Perhaps just other corporates or large investors.
