That's a given.
It's now a matter of what Tianqi and or MIN do next??.
Could be a game of chess but I reckon MIN has the upper hand with almost 20%.
MIN will probably wait for the vote to fail before doing anything else I guess.
I'm tipping MIN may launch a T/O offer and then continue to buy on market - I believe they can exceed 20% in the event of a T/O bid.
