Regarding MIN soaking up more shares at a lower level - they cannot............ unless they make a T/O offer first.

They are so close to 20% that they need to make an offer to be able to acquire more than about another million shares or so.

I guess they could have friendlies buy for them at arms length, but that would be pushing the envelope legally - so not expecting that.

Nothing much to speculate about until Thursday / Friday - let's see what the announcement says after the failed vote.
