Even with such good news of resource update SP is not going up. Simple reason is major shareholder in IMA is a chinese company and they want to get rid of current directors and take control of the company. Helping them is the Taiwanese director who is another major shareholder and his vision does not ally with the current board.
Unless the IMA CEO and chairman sort this mess,SP will continue to languish like this. Institutional investors and super funds will try to stay away from such companies where couple of shareholders own large amount of shares and keep throwing spanner at board every few months!!! Not much retail investors can do unless management comes up with plan to fix this. I am surprised that even after 5-months board is unable to sort this s**t. Begging for help from shareholders every 2-3 months is not going to help!!!
What this chinese company is doing is illegal. They shouldn't be allowed to spill the board of ASX listed company. This sort of activity should be ban by Australian govt.
