Even with say a $300M equity contribution, if Arafura head to where the arrow indicates, that is a share price of ~$1 per share give or take.
If Arafura hit their goals, which the new CEO seems very publicly confident of doing so [and has $M in performance benefits to gain if they do] then I can't see any reason why they wouldn't head there.
