Labor won't factor much anyways I don't think. You can expect skilled processing labor to have two to three times the nat average anyways. Plus there'll be plenty of supply of flake coming from Africa, so let's assume no cost advantage on labor. It'll be the input costs of chemicals and acids or what-have-you in processing Vs the flake deposits that will tell the tale assuming this graphite can be made useful for BAM. They have a monumental amount by the look, so even imagining the capex is much bigger - the throughput can be equally massive IF cost competitive processing results.
If I was a real big holder here I'd probably pay a chemical engineer with graphite experience to do a report on the liklihood of success, then base my holding strategy on that. If you get it wrong and sell out, and BAM is a goer, you are going to miss huge profits, get it wrong the otherway (they cannot use it) and your money will be dust.
