The best way to explain this latest announcement is to watch this video.
It is the very valuable Jaguar and Bentley VMS deposits owned by IGO in WA.
These sulphide lenses are formed on the ocean floor, and the black smoke you see in the video is not smoke at all, but mafic and ultramafic rock and base metals & gold.
The closer you are to the vent, the higher concentrations of sulphide and thickness of the intercepts, as well as the metals, in this case chalcopyrite(copper iron).
It is a very nice start to ongoing exploration in this area North1. Dave Nixon and Brian Rodan are onto something....
