WA1 only listed earlier this year and has only ~29M shares-on-issue. With their price going from $0.17 to $2 the market has basically put a ~$53M price/value on their "discovery" / news.
DRE has 3042M shares-on-issue. A new "discovery" of the same $53M value for DRE would add $0.0175 per share.
Just saying this in case anyone is thinking DRE could jump to $2 on similar news...
