Yes those companies take over as project managers on a site , they then pay for all the work being done drilling surveys etc what ever is needed to get to the point they agree on
they don't actually hand over cash, however using their own resources is more efficient than contract labor and they use their own
This this is where dilution comes into play , they have a really smart board , one of them built Silverlake a billion dollar mining co, another one built another billion dollar co , I have alot of faith in them plus their GEO's are amongst the absolute best in the business and really know their game
So instead of share dilution they get shared percentages on the project only , .
For example a 20 million dollar credit raise will let someone own a chunk of the whole company ( every project you have everything you own) where as farm in they might get half particular project , good part is if project comes a duncer no loss - protected downside , if project hits a mother load we are already in bed with the big boys, so no issues trying to find corporate partners and we either go halfsies on the build or they build the infrastructure and we get Royalities similar way Gina makes money off Rio
in short those 3 companies have agreements to spend that amount of money while they oversee their individual projects to see if they want to develop in to mines
this suits how I like to invest but you should obviously get advise from professionals to suit your needs , but for reference I originally bought ENR for Copper and the management , this whole NIobioum thing is just a hot lap in a speed car
