Well see the money that they take, they have to issue shares for them and when they do that it causes existing holders share % to be worth less of the the market cap it also means we will have to have bigger gains in said market cap to achieve gains in share price than before they issued those shares.

It's called dilution, I am not a fan of it I don't enjoy it especially when the company stated several times "fully funded", now they raise another $1mill+ out of the blue, it hurts all of us.

I would have liked to see them spend no more money until drill touched dirt wait for that news and raise at a higher price, but apparently that isn't going to happen, I am starting to see why people were so deeply bitter after chanpange, this time they scored a red hot project which will save their asses with all these placements, but their project management ability is still very poor.
