Think Anatol mentioned such a scenario for LTR here if we were to sell KV for cash.

But here is the details and reason why shareholder approval will be required and sought for sale of KV.

Company referenced is Talisman which sold a project for cash and yes it needed shareholders approval due to Listing Rule 11.2 on the basis that the sale of the said project would likely constitute a disposal of the company's main undertaking.

Well with KV at 100mt+ it is basically selling the entire farm from LTR's prespective , so yes a shareholder meeting and approval is very much required.
