    Does anyone know why with the proposed staged expansion, the plant capacity becomes 2x and 3x the original plant capacity, yet the production output isn’t doubled/tripled, eg. 15.5Mpt to 31.Mpt capacity results in 3Mpt increasing to only 5Mpt and not 6Mpt?
