you are right it doesn't because it does not have full control of the project and more importantly the $$CASH$$ from the sales. its in others control. LOM can only put out its hand and wait until "The One" decides to drip feed LOM. IMO that's what is scaring Instos, that uncertainty to CASH from very successful mining that only needs a shovel to dig up some of the best diamonds in the world.
