Based on the values contained in the presentation a calculation of the value of Brown's Range HREO mix is around $270/kg - for a tonne of 33% concentrate or 330kg of HREO this converts to around $82,000. It is probably higher as there a number of elements that are not included in the calculation.
Milling costs seem to be around $8,000 per tonne and assume mining costs conservatively similar [as this is mined from surface] total cost of concentrate around $15,000/tonne.
Even at 40% contained value of concentrate this should return $15,000 per tonne concentrate or at 9000 tonnes / year around $140 million.
Not too shabby for a market cap of around $100 million.
