some very basic calculations then:-

assuming say a PE of 7

$140M x 7 = $980M

say 220 million shares (with options)

$980M / 220M = $4.45 per share

plus 40% premium for a Lynas takover = $6.23

assumes offtake partners fund us into production

Low issue stock means dollars in our pockets once management deliver
