    Yep, gut wrenching. You nailed it on the head @Bhan.

    I agree with @Dom74 too, but from my experience, the gift is long staying and the slog uphill is tough and slow. Which brings me back to Bhan's point re patience.

    Hard going for long term 'Mums and Dads' / sophisticated retailers. One step forward, 5 steps backwards.
