The spiel would go something like - Here's something we found we didn't contemplate DSO it's outside the agreement and you guys don't want it now anyway.
Stopping mining is a big call but alter the mine plan away form low to medium low grade. Just have less scraper trips or go to campaign mining say 3 weeks out of four or both.
