im preety sure if ran across internet cafes the way that would work is (new to this but seen it a while here in australia nowadays ) they make u sign up an account and u can load funds on it and then u can log in and play via loading funds to that account so if mogul was to be run across internet cafes in that case i think the customers would have to register to a mogul account and load funds there they might not know its a mogul account but thats how internet cafes work and computers locked until u log in to your mogul account
