One step at a time Roamer. They have an exploration permit as the first step. They have to define the resource and then mining feasibility, funding and execution plan before mining permit. The next value catalyst is likely the JORC with hopefully drill results and presentations along the way. This is a world class resource with the only negatives being the sovereign risk and the 700km to port, else the majors would be all over it. Still will generate a lot of interest I would think.
