    As at August 2024, 1.35% of shares were held in parcels of 10k shares or fewer.

    Let's make a few guesses to try to see how many of those still exist and are relevant.

    Say half were sold into the t/o. I think it's likely more than that, but let's say half. That would leave 0.67%.

    Say 25% of the remaining shares would be parcels too large to qualify for the UMP buyback because the parcels are worth too much. Again I think it's likely more than that, but let's say 25%. That would leave about 0.50%.

    Say 10% of those remaining bought shares in the rights issue that pushed them over the UMP threshold. Again I think it's likely more than that, but let's say 10%. That would leave about 0.45%.

    And what he needs is 0.32% - so about 70% of that remaining 0.40%.
