It will be posted out to all holders anyway. I’m very tempted pushing for a board spill over this. Given the SP performance leading into the issues, then placing the stock into hibernation for so long. Doing this is a kick in the guts to the small holders already down substantially. The SP will probably open at 0.001 due to these corporate actions.
