May I join the conspirators club for a moment, regarding this buyback?
If you look at the share price back to IPO, you will notice that it has never exceeded 40cents. until Jan 2023.
Every existing share bought before January 2023 would have started on 1 Jan 2023 in the green.
On the assumption that no one would be stupid enough to sell down to an unmarketable number of shares, there should be no unmarketable parcel of shares as at Jan 2023.
After the collapse of the share price in Jan 2024, down to 23 cents, 1,569 shareholders suddenly had their holdings judged to be unmarketable parcels.
So, what does this say to the conspirator.
THE BOD DOSN'T EXPECT THE SHARE PRICE TO RECOVER TO 40 PLUS CENTS FOR QUITE SOME TIME.
Cogitate on that.
