Looking back at this, where are the commercial terms and $$ figures? Can a company enter into an agreement and then not disclose the nature and terms of that agreement? Are they giving away a royalty? Other onerous conditions that may impact feasibility?
Doesn't seem right that these cannot be disclosed to the market. Thoughts appreciated.
