They are an explorer with a small amount of cash, no credibility and very few mining skills and probably very limited ability to raise too much more cash on the back of the projects they have. I'm sure they are aware of this and there would be a zero chance of them ever looking to mine the Menzies project. They would be better off moving these assets on and trying to acquire something prospective for lithuim/REE and try their luck there with a new Geo at the helm
