That’s how you know it’s a good positive announcement….the share price goes down or is flat at best. Much better for institutional investors who are chronically underweight to accumulate via attrition at low prices rather than fair value. Simple explanation as to why sellers are queuing up. Let them sell to themselves.
I don’t know when we will get the announcement regarding sale of NE or Quartz lease JORC upgrade, but the circa $300m impairment MUST be written back in full onto the balance sheet in the annual report, due 28 September.
