People are afraid of nationalisation, BEE, etc. Whether it applies or not. The stigma is balloned anywhere in Africa. In times like we are in, management must be pristeen in such areas to give investors confidence. Also, don't forget for the time being Gold is not the flavour of the month.
Keeping that in mind, you also have to consider the delays and questionable management over the past few months too.
This is the share market
Having said that, with what has occurred with production and what is forecast over the next few months I reckon the SP is way too low. But I'm not the market.
