The above is from Pirsa themselves. AXE who have previously gone through the mining license process provides an indicative timeframe for RNU. They reached step 10. (response doc lodged) on the 4th July '17 and were awarded their license on 8th Dec '17. That would mean it's approximately 5 months submitting the response doc til license grant. RNU submitted their response doc on 7th Dec 2018. 5 months after the 7th Dec is ~7th April 2019. That's a ballpark guess from me. Might be a bit longer due to xmas holidays during this time.

We are on track. No concerns as yet for me.
