That's a good spot mate, I read it more as dedicating the funds currently in the hands of the Company towards what's next in line to get this project to production.

I looked at the wording in the CR announcement from last year and its too ambiguous to tell too much.....the wording is along the lines of "funds raised will be used to progress the Jaurdi project". So you may be right, although I'd be disappointed if the did CR again. Not only is it more dilution, but the costs of a CR are ridiculous.
