The announcements today have attracted a fair bit of interest, translating to significant trading volume and on the buy side orders. Plenty of buyers looking for a bargain.
Inevitable that nervous nellies and those who need the money elsewhere, will take the first opportunity to sell into some liquidity, after this recent period of inactivity. Once the bargain hunters chew away their sale orders, my bet is that some of those big sale orders at 2.2-2.4 will be pulled to let it run up. I reckon that 2.1c is going to be as good as it gets to top up before that happens (which I have done this morning) and that won't last long!
