Good! Makes sense to me.

Greenstone was moving sloooooowly towards mining at Phillips Find. Not huge - but this is a risk free way for HRZ to get the Phillips Find project into production and some more cash coming in. Adding it to what they will get from Boorara, the current market cap looks very low. With the cash from these two they can hopefully develop some of their larger resources. Phillips Find and Boorara are just the starter motor for the main event...

Hopefully, long suffering long term HRZ and former GSR holders (including me) will see their investment pay off.
