Grant being a clean skin onto this board means to me he is an engineering professional so far untainted with the sculduggery of other CEOs' that have multiple directorships. Just compare Grant to Chris Hansen, Grants only job is Horizon Hansen is CEO of Somerset Minerals and a director on Horizon. These CEO should concentrate of the important job of managing their company rather than getting inside information of the extra companies they direct.

Having said that Grant is likely being mentored by Jon Price who has a CEO position and also by the Chair, I think this is a good move we want to keep Grant as we have lots of projects in need of operation management.

Hansen is of no use to us and should be kicked off the board so he can contemplate his 110,000,000 Somerset Minerals performance rights equalling about 10% of that company after exercise or merger.
