How do you know that to be true that there is no association between the two companies?

PIO & LPD had a farm in agreement for PEG09. LPD has withdrawn from the farm in agreement for PEG09 due to the low lepidolite content and commensurate low lithium grades. How do you know they aren't in talks about the high grades at the Sinclair Ceasium deposit aka PEG08?

Last I understood PIO was having the 'waste' stockpiled separately on-site while commercial arrangements progress
