Simply put, LIT has 3 licenses. All of WA which is inclusive and 2 other which are specific to a project. LIT has 5 years in total to commit to build a plant.
I believe that the 5 years are between July 2015 and end July 2020.
The L-Max plant also has to be commissioned and producing within that period for the "extension" to be realised.
