Re Notice of intent to mine.

I am disappointed to see that this still hasn't been lodged.
In the ASX report dated 7/3/2018 entitled
Winchester Magnesite Direct Shipping ore Feasibility study Results (Capex & Opex).
the following was stated :-
"The Company intends to lodge a 'Notice of intent to mine' with the Northern Territory Department of Primary Industry & Resources very shortly".

Tomorrow will mark 6 months since this statement was made.
