    Agreed I raised this with Andrej a few weeks ago because I also believed it should be lodged by now.

    He said that it was not lodged due to the change in the mine plan due to the potential increase tonnage due to CCM and DBM.

    It was my understanding he would be meeting with NT Gov representatives while in Darwin for this conference and potentially lodging the NOI to Mine in September.

    We will have to wait and see.
