A float and escort may cost around $3K per day, assuming a 3 or 4 day trip would get you in the ball park of $10-$15K per load. Big diggers and dozers may need to be broken down, so would constitute 2 loads.
Hire rates for that sort of gear would be up around $400-$500/hr.
Above just guesstimates, as i'm not sure what they propose, and it's bigger than the gear we normally use, but shouldn't be too far off.
