Yeah impact should be significantly reduced and complexity and footprint of operations should be much lower.
Only possible downside from an environmental assessment point of view could be that Korab is planning to mine significantly more now than was planned in 2002 for the first phase:


Phase 1: 200,000t/a for 12,500t/a magnesium metal
Phase 2: 400,000t/a 
phase 3: 800,000t/a

I expect a notion of intent to mine this month or the next; offtake agreements will be coupled with financing in January or February; permits will be done in Q1 or Q2. Permits will take longest I think.
